Monco, "TB-60", Top & Bottom Laminator.
• This Monco laminator was purchased by the current owner in 2007 and was never put into production, has been in storage since that time. It had been reconditioned with the following; •New seals on the hydraulic roll lifting cylinders.• New seals on the hydraulic pump.• New oil heater.• Both Top and Bottom laminating rolls re-chromed.• Interior of both rolls cleaned and descaled.• New bearing on top and bottom laminating rolls.• Both rolls were modified with access plugs on the end to simplify and speed up the process of servicing and interior cleaning.• New pivot pins were installed in both scissors lifts.• 65 in. Cap., Top & Bottom Laminator with oil heated chrome plated rollers, 14 in. roller dia., 25 - 106 FPM, 5 HP feed motor, 48 kW oil heating system, up to 400° F heating including over temperature cutoff safety device. • Equipped with: 1.0 HP Oil circulation pump & a 1.5 HP hydraulic system for up to 900 PSI line pressure, 3 in. dia. x 4 in. stroke cylinders control roll pressure. - System requires: 60 KVA Electrical power supply, and 100 PSI compressed air. • Complete with: Solid-State temperature, high limit and cool down controls; manual emergency stop system on all (4) columns to stop the drive and raise the rolls, optical emergency stop at the machine infeed, outfeed conveyor and infeed fence. • Includes: 360° Swivel jib crane for loading and unloading of paper rolls, Columbus McKinnon Model F 1/2 ton and electric hoist is included, hoist operating speed of 16 fpm.• Included with this machine are two (2) aluminum pneumatic core lug shafts manufactured by EMT International in Green Bay Wisconsin. These shafts eliminate the manual locking and greatly speed up roll re-loading. The shafts cost $3,465.00 new in 2007. - [Ref.
